Edward VIII 1937 Coronation Peace And Prosperity Medal

A scarce Edward VIII souvenir aluminium medal, produced for the proposed Coronation in 1937 that never took place. The obverse with Crowned bust left and title "Edward VIII King and Emperor". The reverse depicts the allegorical figures of "Peace and Fame" titles "Peace And Prosperity" and "God Save The King"
Very good condition, complete with original suspension bar with safety pin fitting. An excellent example.
