A scarce silver plated circular badge with blue enamel for the 'Chelmsford School of Nursing' bearing the former Chelmsford Borough Council and Essex County Council Coat of Arms. Very good condition, original pin fittings incorporating safety roller, accommodation ring to attach a safety chain, no damage to the enamel.
