Burghill Hospital Hereford 1956 silver mental nursing badge

A scarce unnamed Burghill Hospital Herefordshire, silver and enamel badge, the reverse bearing Birmingham hallmarks for 1956 and maker's details "F&S" (Fattorini & Sons). Very good condition, original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch, no damage to the enamel.
Burghill Hospital also knowm as St. Mary's Hospital was formerly the Hereford County and City Lunatic Asylum founded in 1868.
