WW2 Worcestershire VAC Volunteer Agricultural Camp Badge

A scarce original Worcestershire Volunteer Agricultural Camp gilt and enamel Wartime badge, possibly worn by a member of staff. Very good condition original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.

Worn by the much needed volunteer workers who were encouraged by the annual campaigns organised by the County War Agricultural Committees to take working holidays on farms to ease the acute labour shortage at harvest time.
