Victorian Cycling Club, Winged Bicycle Wheel Captain's Badge.

A scarce silver plated badge with blue enamel bearing a Victorian Imperial Crown, the reverse with maker's details "Vaughton B'Ham" and registration number "Rd 141794" (date !890). Very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
