Very good condition, complete with original silk ribbon and suspension bar with pin fittings (ribbon with small cut). Diameter 33mm. Overall Height 75mm. The British Red Cross Society Blood Transfusion Service badge was Instituted in 1931 and Discontinued in 1946.
