Robertsons Golly balloon limited edition badge by Gomm

A very scarce original circa 1970's 'Robertson's Golly balloon badge'; silver chromium plated example in the shape of a Golly's head, displaying a white basket and wearing a red bow tie; the reverse impressed with maker's details " R.E.V.Gomm Frederick St B'Ham". Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
Height 32mm.

This is one of three golly balloon badges 'James Robertson & Sons' actually authorised, all were produced in limited editions.
