A good original Second World War period Crowned Victoria nickel plated shield with red enamel 'ARP' bar across the centre and issue number 'AE691 Warden' below , the reverse impressed in relief 'Issued by State Emergency Council with maker's details 'Bentley' (believed to be Cole Bentley & Son Melbourne). Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings, no damage to the enamel, minor wear to plating.

National Emergency Services Warden badge New South Wales Australia

A scarce original circa 1939 -1945 wartime period 'National Emergency Services' silver plated title surround, surmounted by a King's Crown, red enamel 'NES' letters to solid centre with scroll below 'New South Wales' with a further dangling 'WARDEN' bar beneath, held by two suspension rings; the reverse with raised plaque bearing maker's details 'Angus & Coote Jewellers'. Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, original silver plated finish remains crisp. Rare to find in this excellent condition.

A scarce silver plated beret or forage cap badge with blue enamel scroll "W.A.T.C." and silhouette of Australia, the reverse with maker's details "Stokes". Good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, minor wear to silver plating.
