A scarce original circa 1930's 'Cobham's Flying Circus souvenir badge'; gilded brass aeroplane bearing 'Cobham' title inlaid with green enamel across the wing, the reverse with maker's details "H.W.Miller Ltd Branston St B'Ham.18" and "Regd 755555" a design and patent date of 1930. Very good condition, retaining original coiled pin fitting and hook catch, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minimal service wear to gilt finish, an excellent example. Length 25mm. Wingspan 27mm.
