WW2 Co-operative Wholesale Society ARP air raid precaution badge

A scarce original wartime period 'Co-operative Wholesale Society Air Raid Precaution gilt metal home front badge' inlaid with yellow enamel, depicting a large corn sheaf flanked by farm sickle and spade with 'ARP' to the center and 'CWS' tri-part scroll below, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
