Alan Cobham aviator De Havilland Moth red monoplane badge c1930

A scarce original circa 1930's 'Cobham's Flying Circus souvenir badge'; gilded brass aeroplane bearing 'Cobham' title inlaid with red enamel across the wing, the reverse with maker's details "H.W.Miller Ltd Branston St B'Ham.18" and "Regd 755555" a design and patent date of 1930. Very good condition, retaining original coiled pin fitting and hook catch, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, service wear to gilt finish.
